Refund policy
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all Ariella Apothecary skincare products are final sale. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on skincare items once they have been purchased.
That said, your experience matters deeply to us. If there is an issue with your order—such as receiving the wrong item, damage during transit, or a concern with the condition of your package—please reach out so we can make it right.
Order Issues & Support
If you experience any problems with your order, please email us at kaylah@ariellaapothecary.com within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and, if applicable, photos of the issue so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Because our products are skincare and body care items:

Opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded

We cannot offer refunds for reactions or sensitivities, as every body is unique

We strongly encourage patch testing prior to full use
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will gladly review the issue and offer a replacement or refund when appropriate.
